Eminem Comes Out As Gay In 'The Interview' (VIDEO)

Note: The above clip contains graphic language.

It's long been claimed that the more homophobic a person is, the more likely it is that he or she is actually dealing with some issues regarding their own sexuality.

Few public figures have been accused of homophobia more frequently than Eminem -- and now he's coming out as gay.

Well... sort of.

The rapper is just one of many celebrities who pokes fun of himself with a cameo in the controversial new comedy "The Interview."

In the clip above, Eminem, whose homophobic lyrics have repeatedly put him in the crosshairs of LGBT rights advocates, tells James Franco's talk show host character that he is "a homosexual."

“When I say things about gay people, or people think my lyrics are homophobic -- it’s because I’m gay,” he tells Franco's character. He adds, "I’m more shocked that people haven’t figured it out yet. I mean, it’s kind of like I’ve been playing gay peek-a-boo.”

Though he has been accused of anti-gay rhetoric, Eminem has placed the blame on his different personas and claimed that he isn't homophobic by arguing that words like "faggot" aren't being used in a homophobic way. In fact, in 2010 the rapper even came out in favor of marriage equality.

"The Interview" has faced extreme controversy in recent weeks and it almost wasn't released. After hackers, who many believe are working for North Korea, claimed they would unleash a 9/11-style attack on movie theaters if they showed the film, which involves a plot to kill Kim Jong-un, the leader of North Korea, Sony executives pulled the plug on the movie. However, days later, they reversed their decision and the film is now in select theaters and available online.

Kim Kardashian Shares Adorable Holiday Photos Of Daughter North West

No holiday is quite right without a little catching up with the Kardashians.

Thankfully, Kim Kardashian took to Twitter on Friday to share a photo of her posed with sister Kendall Jenner and daughter North West. The snap appears to be from Kris Jenner's famous Christmas Eve party, which other members of the family shared photos from on Wednesday.

On Instagram, Kardashian also posted a photo of her daughter looking a little apprehensive while meeting Santa Claus.

Absolutely precious! The stylish Mom kicked off the holidays with another adorable image on her Twitter feed on Wednesday -- not of her daughter, but of the three Kardashian sisters back in their childhood.

It looks like cuteness carries through the generations!

Kim Kardashian I'm Upset ... Because I Can't Get Pregnant

Kim Kardashian Pregnancy Problems
Kim Kardashian is upset for a very good reason ... as hard as she's been trying, she can't get pregnant.

Kim has been very open with friends and family ... she and Kanye have been trying to have another baby for the last 9 months but nothing has worked. Kim has been to fertility doctors, but they've made it clear ... having another baby is a long shot.

Turns out North West was a miracle baby ... she had 3 specialists tell her she couldn't get pregnant before North was conceived.

Kim and Kanye assumed the second baby would be easier since it worked once, but the doctors are telling her that's not the case.

We're told Kim is trying to reduce her stress and cut down on traveling ... per doctor's advice.

The pic was taken Tuesday in Bev Hills after visiting her doctor. We're told Kanye has been to almost every doctor's visit ... Kim goes once a month.

Kylie Jenner's Transformation Is Almost Complete ...

1215_fish_kylie
Kylie Jenner, as we all know so very well by now, has been getting more and more inappropriate every single day. Instead of doing things that your average 17-year-old girl does, like going to school or what have you, she experiments with ungodly amounts of lipliner, behaves recklessly with very expensive vehicles, and now, ass photos. Ass photos, you guys.

We really are dealing with the next Kim Kardashian here, aren't we? She's scandalous, just like Kim, she sparks all kinds of outrage, just like Kim, and judging by this picture, she wants us to look at her backside. Just. Like. Kim.

It's the dawn of a new era, friends. Let's just hope that we're prepared.

Khloe Kardashian Makes Christmas Real, Real Sad

1226_fish_khloe_split
On Christmas day, so many people felt so much happiness, so much togetherness and love and goodwill and all that, and how nice, right? Christmas is great for that sort of thing. Unfortunately, it's also great for making people realize any kind of lack of happiness or togetherness, and that's why it can be such a downer, too. And while our dear Khloe Kardashian was thankfully able to experience a great part of the happy side of the holidays, she also felt at least a pinch of sadness, judging by this little message she posted on Instagram.

The message, as you can see above, reads "Some days the memories still knock the wind out of me," and in the caption, she wrote "I'll never let go of the memories." Now, she has to be talking about Lamar Odom, right? After all, French Montana won't give her the opportunity to let go of him, and of course it seems like her relationship with Lamar was deeper than any other.

Let's send some of those warm holiday wishes Khloe's way, all right?

President Goodluck Jonathan's 2014 Christmas message

A message from president Jonathan
Dear Compatriots,
I greet and felicitate with you all once again as we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I join all of our Christian compatriots in giving thanks to God Almighty for the divine gift of Jesus Christ the Messiah whose earthly incarnation we commemorate today.

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ who the Prophet Isaiah heralded as the Prince of Peace and Wonderful Counselor, I believe it is very appropriate that we all, Christians and non-Christians alike, reflect more deeply on the virtues and ideals which the Messiah espoused during his earthly mission.

To my mind, there can be no doubt that the greater internalization of the virtues of love for our fellowmen, tolerance, Godliness, honesty, fairness to others, selflessness, and peaceful co-existence with others, by all adult Nigerians, and the inculcation of the same in our youth,  will definitely help our dear nation to overcome most of its present challenges.

Peace and love for others, especially, were a constant refrain in the Messiah’s teachings and admonitions to mankind.

Therefore, as we celebrate his birth, I urge all Nigerians to offer special prayers for a greater manifestation of divine peace in our country and the vanquishing of all demons of hatred, divisiveness and disunity in our midst.

As we celebrate Christmas, let us also remember and offer special prayers for all of our countrymen, women and children who have suffered and continue to suffer untold hardship, deprivation and death at the hands of terrorists and insurgents.

Let us also continue to pray for our gallant soldiers and security agents who remain at the forefront of the national effort to overcome terrorism and violent extremism, even as the rest of the nation celebrates Christmas and the coming New Year.

In this season of goodwill, I urge all patriotic Nigerians to rededicate themselves to doing all within their powers to support the brave men and women of our armed forces in the ongoing war against terrorism, and also support the Federal Government’s efforts to provide more succour to the hapless victims of terrorist atrocities.

The Victims’ Support Fund which we have established to raise additional funds to assist our compatriots who have been adversely affected by continuing insecurity in parts of our country remains active.

I call on all individuals and corporate organisations who have not yet done so, to donate more generously to the Fund which is being efficaciously deployed to ease the sufferings of victims of terrorist violence in the country.

Dear Compatriots, we are also celebrating this Christmas against the background of preparations for next year’s general elections.

I seize this opportunity to reassure the nation that my administration will give the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) all necessary support to ensure that it delivers very free, fair, credible and acceptable elections in 2015.

National security agencies will also be given all necessary support to enhance their ability to ensure that the elections which should strengthen democracy in our country are peaceful and violence free.

I urge our political class to be law- abiding and place the greater interests of our nation above all personal or sectional interests in the countdown to the elections.

Let us all be more statesman-like, conduct issues-based campaigns, and eschew the promotion of falsehood, division and hatred of others as we seek the votes of our countrymen in what should be a peaceful competition among contending points of view for the progress and development of our dear nation.

I remain convinced that God Almighty is still  with us as a nation even in the midst of our current challenges which we shall surely overcome with greater unity of purpose, dedication, commitment and perseverance.

Let this year’s celebration of the birth of Christ the Messiah rekindle, strengthen and reaffirm our faith in our national ability to overcome all challenges, with God on our side.

I wish you all very happy Christmas celebrations.

Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR

President,

Federal Republic of Nigeria

Redeemed Church Members Speak On Pastor Osinbajo

Gen. Buhari and Prof. Osinbajo.

Less than 48 hours after a former Attorney-General of Lagos State, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, was announced as the Vice Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, many members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, have been reacting to the pronouncement.

According to reports, the emergence of Osinbajo, a Pastor at one of the branches of RCCG in Lagos State, as Buhari’s running mate was arrived at by the leadership of the APC after a very longdeliberation by the party.

In spite of  the fact that RCCG’s leadership has come out to state that the church does not involve itself with partisan politics, many members of RCCG have not stopped hailing the choice of Osinbajo as Buhari’s running mate.

According to some of the RCCG members, the former Lagos State Attorney-General is “Nigeria’s best choice” for the vice presidential post.

To them, the choice of their pastor ahead of the likes of Governors Babatunde Fashola, Adams Oshiomhole, Kayode Fayemi and Rotimi Amaechi, who were the leading contenders for the exalted position, was a testament that Osinbajo deserve the VP post.

“Honestly, I did not know him before now. But the moment I read his profile and saw that he was Redeemer with such an intimidating record, I could not but thank God for bringing him Nigeria’s way at this stage,” Uche Chukwuemeka, who worships at a branch of RCCG in Agege, enthused.

“He must have been that good to have occupied that post of Attorney-General in Lagos State for eight years without scandalous or shady deals. This has strengthened my resolve to vote for Buhari as well,” Chukwuemeka added.

Another member of the denomination, who simply identified himself as Segun, stated that he had been following Osinbajo since he was the Attorney General of Lagos state, but said he did not think the pastor would ever be involved in politics to be considered as a Vice Presidential candidate under any party.

The dark-skinned Architect, who worships in one RCCG’s elite branches in Ikeja, however, disclosed that Osinbajo’s popularity among members of the Redeemed Church would likely work in favour of the APC in next year’s presidential election.

Segun said: “If we want to leverage on his popularity within the ranks of our denomination, he is a very popular man, and as I was told, he is one of the members of our church’s Board of Trustees, BOT, which gives him a stronghold on the denomination.

“I give it to the party for sourcing out such a reliable and upright man in Professor Osinbajo. And honestly, I never thought of voting for anybody before, but because of him, I am going to vote for APC next year.”

A Muslim cleric, Alhaji Abdul Kamal, who also commented on the matter, disclosed that he was happy that the APC was thoughtful enough to choose a Christian as Buhari’s running mate.

The Ikorodu-based Islamic teacher said: “Many of us know how strong Redeemed Church is in the country and beyond, so there is no gain-saying in the choice of Osinbajo as the APC’s Vice Presidential candidate.

“I was thinking of Oshiomhole or Amaechi before, and it never occurred to me that the Professor was also a strong candidate for the post.

“But, the moment I read it in the papers, I just thanked God and said that it was good for the party to have picked a Pastor as Buhari’s running mate. I will definitely vote for them, not because I love APC, but because of their thoughtfulness.”

One member of the denomination, however, chose to differ from others, as she noted that she did not expect such a highly-placed clergyman to involve himself with the likes of former Lagos State Governor, Bola Tinubu.

The lady, who pleaded anonymity, said: “If you look at the setting of the political party, they have great ideals and a unique blend. But, the individuals involved would not have made a good company for Professor.

“I think he is way too good to associate himself ‘openly’ with all of those people in the name of politics. No matter how we want to look at it, he is likely to sway when ships are down, otherwise, he may not last within their ranks.”

Not long after Buhari announced Osinbajo as his running mate for the 2015 presidential elections,he was said to have called Pastor Adeboye, for blessings.
Question later emerged over whose side Adeboye might take ahead of the 2015 polls being that Osinbajo is a pastor at his church and one of his close confidants. On the other hand, Adeboye has been associated with President Goodluck Jonathan, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Osinbajo is a former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Lagos State. He has abeautiful wife, Mrs Oludolapo Osinbajo, who is a grandchild of the late Obafemi Awolowo.
